Paros villa Su casa is a white Cycladic 4 bedroom villa with large terraces, pool and direct access to a beautiful sandy beach.
As you enter from the street there is a shaded garage . A path leads to a spacious interior court yard with a large built marble table, BBQ , guest WC and an open air shower. On this courtyard there is a guest room with 3 single beds suitable for teenagers and children attached to a bathroom with shower. This room has both exterior door and also connected with interior door with the ground floor main house
Next to the guest house is the main entrance to the ground floor. It features open plan area including living room, office corner, TV room with library and fireplace and a dining corner. Next to the living area there is a fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining area and 2 terraces one on the back and one in the front with outdoor dining facilities, partial sea view and wooden pergola. In front of the living area there is a veranda with partial sea view, garden furniture and a wooden pergola.
On the other side of the living area is the master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom with large shower room. Wonderful sea views are possible from the bed and the veranda outside the bedroom.
From the main courtyard, stairs lead us to the upper floor guesthouse. A day bed with cushions is available on this veranda for your relaxation.
A separate entrance leads us to the basement where one finds a bedroom with twin beds, , en suite bathroom wuth shower and living area.. A window is responsible for the lighting and fresh air of this area.
The house keeps cool temperature throughout the day and one can always find shade in one of the surrounding courtyards and terraces. Fans are available in all bedrooms.

Santorini Villa Sunset  is a unique property located at the highest spot of Oia village in Perivolas area.

MAIN HOUSE

The  Santorini Villa Sunset , the main cave House consists of two levels:

On the upper level there is a large traditional cave house furnished with antiques. It consists of a luxury master bedroom with double bed , en suite vanity marble bathroom curved into the rock with Jacuzzi bathtub , a living room with built sofas and an antique wooden table, a separate dining area with an antique massive wooden table and sitting corner and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. From the living area a few stairs take you up to an attic room with double  sofa bed and window with fantastic sea views.

On the lower level of the White Residence, a very particular apartment shows how people in Santorini exploited any available space and lived (and still do) in this amazing and unique cliff island.

This lower level consists of a small living area, a kitchenette, a WC with shower and a bedroom with a Queen size bed that can separate in two singles if requested and double bed nested in the window of the cave. The cave atmosphere of this lower level gives a special and romantic atmosphere.

UPPER LEVEL APPARTMENT- WHITE LOFT

The White Loft” – is the upper floor apartment that is connected to the rest of the “White House” villa via interior stairs.  It can be accessed separately as well as it has separate entrance . It consists of a living room, a kitchenette, a full bathroom with showerand a wooden loft bedroom which really gives the idea of flying over the wonderful village of Oia. The loft has windows in the front and in the ceiling where you can see the stars and the moon from your bed using the ceiling windows or watch the sea and the village from the front windows.   Situated on the highest altitude point of the village it can offer unforgettable views and unique memories. The house is separated in 2 floors which offer beautiful and pleasant living quality.
Its 4 bedrooms with their own bathroom offer a real Santorini experience in surroundings of understated elegance.
All bedrooms have the best quality of eco friendly, most comfortable beds and linens by Coco-Mat.
The 2 fluid shaped Jacuzzi’s (1 in each floor) offer relaxation for our guests to embrace the beauty unfolding in front of their eyes.
Connecting the 2 floors is an indoor winding staircase carved inside the mountain.

Santorini Villa Elina

At Akrotiri in a beautiful spot with amazing views of the volcano and the caldera of is situated the beautiful 5 bedroom villa, Santorini Villa Elina.

As you enter from the main door to the living area the beauty reveals in front of your eyes. Colorful paintings, art objects, elegant furnishing, painted walls, wooden ceiling, fire place and stunning views, all in harmony that give the villa a very warm and playful character. You enjoy every moment being in this welcoming environment.

There is also a dining area for 10 persons under a beautiful chandelier.

The living area is equipped with high definition satellite TV, home theater, dvd player, hi fi,  lap top computer, wi fi and telephone line open to  local calls.

On the same floor a corridor leads to the fully equipped kitchen that has a cozy dining corner. The kitchen walls are painted by a celebrity Greek artist.

On this floor you can find the Lady’s bedroom. It has a romantic wooden double bed, with the famous painting of the red bicycle hanged above it, a vanity dressing area that can hold all the clothes of a lady and a big handcrafted mirror. The bedroom is served from a red bathroom with shower.

On the upper floor is the Master’s bedroom with wooden floor, vaulted ceiling and a massive king size bed. You could even watch the sea from your bed through the window in front of you. All the above combined with art objects, paintings and an art deco arm chair create an atmospheric theater setting in this bedroom.

A spacious dressing area is behind the bed. The bedroom is equipped with a big High definition TV, home theater, DVD player

Next to the Master’s bedroom is the Mezzanine bedroom. That is a bedroom with a white iron double bed exiting to a large terrace with panoramic views. Next to the bed a wooden ladder leads us to a cozy mezzanine with a double mattress. This bedroom is equipped with flat screen TV and dvd player.

A blue bathroom with shower serves this floor.

On the basement there is a comfortable bedroom suite that receives natural light from a window and has separate entrance to the courtyard, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and clothes dryer A bathroom with shower serves this level.

There is also a second bedroom on this lower floor that receives light from the spa room nest door.

On this lower floor there is also a fantastic spa room with indoor heated Jacuzzi.

The spa room exits to the pool area.

The house has a private courtyard with flowers, private infinity pool, fantastic sea views, a shaded lounge area under a pergola and sun beds. The lounge area is atmospheric especially in the night when it is candle lighted    and you enjoy unlimited views from every corner of it.  Stairs lead us to a large terrace on the upper floor that is equipped with a lounge area with views. On the back of the house there is a BBQ area, a wooden oven and a large wooden dining table overlooking the old Castle of Akrotiri.

There is also private parking at the back of the house.

Paros villa superb Marriot

The stunning 250 indoor sq. meters Paros villa superb Marriot  is an intimate enclave of the upscale Cycladic living. Overlooking the most famous beach of Paros, Santa Maria and the sparkling waters of Aegean sea and right opposite to Naxos island, the villa is nestled within a big garden full of plants, trees and colored flowers. As you reaching the villa you can identify the tranquility and the privacy. The 120 sq meters private swimming pool enticing you to soak up a golden tan.
The villa is consisting of 3 levels. It features a spacious living room with a fire place and several well designed furniture like 2 wooden armchairs, a white sofa bed and a grey fluffy couch next to the window with Santa Maria view. A separate master bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with shower cabin is located on the same particular level where is the main entrance made from Metal with wood paneling. The kitchenette is in the same level. On the first floor is the 2nd 25 sq meters master bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with shower cabin. The furniture is totally in white colors. At the bottom level are the other 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.. Bathroom floors are in white color and the walls and ceilings are from Italian resin & stucco cement.
All beds can be Kind=g or twins as per your request.
