Paros Villa Su Casa

Paros villa Su casa is a white Cycladic 4 bedroom villa with large terraces, pool and direct access to a beautiful sandy beach.
As you enter from the street there is a shaded garage . A path leads to a spacious interior court yard with a large built marble table, BBQ , guest WC and an open air shower. On this courtyard there is a guest room with 3 single beds suitable for teenagers and children attached to a bathroom with shower. This room has both exterior door and also connected with interior door with the ground floor main house
Next to the guest house is the main entrance to the ground floor. It features open plan area including living room, office corner, TV room with library and fireplace and a dining corner. Next to the living area there is a fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining area and 2 terraces one on the back and one in the front with outdoor dining facilities, partial sea view and wooden pergola. In front of the living area there is a veranda with partial sea view, garden furniture and a wooden pergola.
On the other side of the living area is the master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom with large shower room. Wonderful sea views are possible from the bed and the veranda outside the bedroom.
From the main courtyard, stairs lead us to the upper floor guesthouse. It features one bedroom with king size bed, en suite bathroom with shower and living area with 2 sofa beds There is a private veranda with panoramic view of the Aegean and Naxos Island on the distance. A day bed with cushions is available on this veranda for your relaxation.
A separate entrance leads us to the basement where one finds a bedroom with twin beds, , en suite bathroom wuth shower and living area.. A window is responsible for the lighting and fresh air of this area.
The house keeps cool temperature throughout the day and one can always find shade in one of the surrounding courtyards and terraces. Fans are available in all bedrooms.
The house is equipped with satellite TV, DVD, hi fi and Wi-Fi in the living area.
The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher; a washing machine is available in a separate small laundry room and storage area.

Paros Villa Doma

Overlooking the blue of the Aegean , The Golden Beach and Dryos Bay, the villa is a charming private property located in a very panoramic position just few minute drive from the sea.
The house, built with the typical Cycladic architecture, comprises of three levels and a terraced well-kept garden. A spacious outdoor terrace shaded by a traditional Greek pergola surrounds the main entrance floor. The main entrance opens to a cozy indoor living area with sitting place, a large dining table decorated with contemporary art pieces. There is also  a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a comfortable bar area. Located on the same floor is the main guest bedroom with twin beds (pushed together can create a double), with access to the terrace with sea views. The upper floor is dedicated to the master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom, and access to a spacious roof veranda with great panoramic views.
The property’s private infinity pool was built on the lower floor and is surrounded by green trees and a garden with a spacious outdoor pergola and sundeck. From the pool patio there is access to another attractive separate guest bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and sea views. There is a smaller stone studio on the pool level with a sofa bed turned in twin beds and private bathroom , ideal for teenagers or nanny. The studio can serve as cool sitting room of the pool area as well.
Hammocks , sunbeds, loungers and many sitting areas are scattered all around the terraces and the pool area of the property.
The property is a very pleasant retreat in Paros, away from the crowd but conveniently located not far from one of the most beautiful and long sandy beaches of the island. The villa is published in many interior design International magazines.

Athens Excelsior Villa

Athens Excelsior villa is a 4 bedroom luxury stylish property with private pool situated at Lagonisi area in the neighborhood of Agios Dimitrios a quiet spot with amazing sea views , serenity and  privacy. The beach is 5 minutes drive from the villa.

The villa is spread in 4 floors.

On the ground floor area is the entrance of the villa and the entrance of the private parking, a small gym ,a lounge area, a laundry room with washer and dryer and a full bathroom with shower cabin. The elevator also starts here to the other 3 levels.

On the 2nd floor you can find the pool area with amazing sea views and 3 bedrooms sharing a full bathroom with shower and a WC.

The first bedroom features king size bed and has direct exit to the pool and offers  pool views and sea views. The second bedroom has queen size bed and also exit to the pool. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds pushed together that can form a king if requested.

On the 3rd floor you can find a stylish open plan floor with comfortable living area with fireplace, dining area  and fully equipped kitchen. The whole floor has amazing sea views and has exit to balconies with views. This floor has amazing secret lighting that creates you a special atmosphere. A guests WC serves this floor.   There is also an exit to the back of the house where is a separate patio with grass, trees and outdoors furniture that offers privacy and shadows.

On the 4th floor you can find a massive master bedroom with kind size bed, full bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and amazing views from the bed. This large bedroom has balcony with amazing sea views.

At the same distance is the capital (Fira). The village starting becoming popular the last years and has excellent restaurant options from traditional local tavernas to more gourmet options.
